Denise Pampena
President

As president of the Company, Ms. Pampena directs all corporate decision-making, including operations, management, financing and business development. She has experience in real estate development, construction and financing and is actively involved in the daily management of all business objectives and construction initiatives. Ms. Pampena is a licensed attorney in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania with extensive experience in corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, real estate financing and transaction real estate matters. Bill Hawk
Project Director

Mr. Hawk establishes project objectives, oversees jobsite work and manages all aspects of the aesthetic, functional and economic goals of each project. He serves as liaison with clients, owners and architects to facilitate construction activities and ensure quality outcomes. Mr. Hawk has more than 20 years experience in the construction industry.

Steve Sawor
Project Director

Mr. Sawor manages contractual and technical project responsibilities and oversees jobsite staffing, scheduling, safety and quality control programs. In addition, he supervises project objectives and performance standards, and develops subcontract agreements and purchase orders. Mr. Sawor has more than 30 years experience in the construction industry.

Shawn McCloskey
Estimator/Project Manager

As estimator/project manager, Mr. McCloskey provides full, in-house estimating services, including conceptual, actual and final project estimates by divisional AIA Code. In addition, he is responsible for overall project management from pre-construction through project close-out, including design, construction engineering technology, codes and standards. Mr. McCloskey also serves as liaison among the owner, design team and subcontractors/suppliers to facilitate construction activities. He has 10 years experience in the construction industry.

Maura Yarbrough
Controller

Ms. Yarbrough plans and directs the accounting, budgeting and finance activities of the Company. In addition, she generates financial and cost reports essential to the Management Team. Ms. Yarbrough's experience as a licensed attorney and extensive experience in accounting and finance uniquely equip her to oversee multiple corporate, real estate, tax and other financial, legal and business transactions.

 

Graziano's team also includes highly skilled project managers, superintendents and subcontractors, along with an experienced staff of administrative professionals who work together to provide comprehensive, knowledgable service for each phase of a project.
